Bodegas Domeco de Jarauta, Zeledonio Tinto 2022

Although only starting in 2005, Bodegas Domeco de Jarauta and its head winemaker, José Domeco de Jarauta, can trace his Riojan winemaking heritage back to 1888 when his grandfather won a national award for his wines. Based in the region of La Rioja, Bodegas Domeco de Jarauta focuses on the imperious red wines for which the region is best known. Zeledonio Tinto 2022 is made from 100% Tempranillo and aged completely in stainless steel to retain freshness in the fruit. Bursting with notes of raspberry and ripe blackberry; the intense nose is followed by a smooth palate and balanced acidity. A great wine to pair with roast chicken or beef.
